I don't think it's possible to buy the application, because the official website (http://esperient.com) is in a language spoken in Asia and besides that, translation doesn't work properly. It's impossible to provide updates or a way to buy the application. If you have the possibility, open the application then go to Help > About to get emails or a way to contact the developer.
